We ship to all countries within Europe, including the United Kingdom. Delivery times vary by destination as we ship from the Netherlands, with most European countries receiving orders within 2-5 business days. During peak times or due to customs, delays may occur. Orders are typically dispatched the same day.

- Austria, Denmark, Portugal: €17.95 (3/4 days)

- Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Sweden, United Kingdom: €22.95 (3-5 days)
- Poland: €17.95 (3-5 days)

- Cyprus, Greece, Malta, Åland, select regions of Spain: €24.95 (3/5 days)

- Slovenia: €23.95 (3/5 days)

- Romania, Norway, Switzerland: €22.00 (3/5 days)

- Bulgaria, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Russia: €35.00 (3/5 days)

4. refund and return policy

You have 30 days from receiving your order to return items. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. 

Contact us at info@illmuse.com to initiate a return. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. Refunds to the original payment method are processed within 10 business days.
 

If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at info@illmuse.com.

5. damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@illmuse.com if the item is damaged or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
