Additionally, it explains our return and refund process, including conditions for accepting returns and the timeframe for processing refunds.

2.1 shipping policy

We ship to all countries within Europe, including the United Kingdom. Delivery times vary by destination as we ship from the Netherlands, with most European countries receiving orders within 2-5 business days. During peak times or due to customs, delays may occur. Orders are typically dispatched the same day.

2.2. pre-orders

Some of our items are available for pre-order — this means they’re not in stock yet but can be reserved in advance.

Pre-order shipping starts from September 1st, 2025.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll automatically receive a confirmation email.

If your cart contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your full order will ship once all items are available. We always follow the latest estimated shipping date.

Need your in-stock item earlier? We recommend placing two separate orders.

4. refund and return policy

You have 30 days from receiving your order to return items. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.

Contact us at info@illmuse.com to initiate a return. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. Refunds to the original payment method are processed within 10 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at info@illmuse.com.

5. damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@illmuse.com if the item is damaged or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
